How do I prepare DXN Spirulina Cereal?

As a faster alternative I would recommend using a shaker or a simple plastice bottle with a bigger opening (for easier pouring-in the instant spirulina cereal powder). Using a mug like me in a video is okay too, but it works with warm water better. If you prefer drinking your DXN Spirulina Cereal cold, it is effective to use a bottle. Shake it well for a bout 10 seconds and your healthy fast food Spirulina shake  is ready to be enjoyed. (I also prepare my favourite Ganoderma coffees this way.)
